I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had access to Netflix, along with nice toiletries. It's truly a gem in Palm Springs, although I missed having a patio. The service was top-notch. They really let you enjoy your stay, and the staff was incredibly friendly, even surprising us with complimentary champagne by the pool for Mother's Day. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and features was remarkable. The location is stunningly quiet, especially in rooms 4 through 7, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy Palm Springs. The Main Street is just a short 5-minute drive away, which adds to the convenience. The dining experience was delightful, especially the well-prepared dishes served each morning. The facilities were impressive, offering everything one could need for a relaxing stay. My only minor complaint would be the slightly noisy traffic at times.

However, the evening service was lacking due to no staff being on duty after 5 pm. Despite this, the service provided, including car hire options and quick responses to requests, was highly respectful and efficient. The location was perfect for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere and want to enjoy the Desert surroundings, but the dining options could have been slightly improved. The hotel facilities were great overall, offering a fire pit and BBQ area for guests to enjoy.
